Chilika Cushion Cover

Made from handwoven organic cotton, our Chilika cushion cover is dyed in a soft, natural indigo shade in Hyderabad. It features a distinctive selvedge-edge detail that celebrates the raw beauty of the weaving process. The fabric is dipped three times in the indigo vat, allowing the colour to build slowly and settle into a calm, lived-in blue.

At the centre sits a hand appliqué bird, gently embroidered. A blanket stitch runs all around the edges, adding a quiet, handmade frame to the piece.

Simple, playful, and rooted in slow processes — this cushion carries the warmth of many hands.

Each piece will have slight variations in colour and stitch — a reminder that it is made by hand.
